17K Vert In a Day

Not for the faint of heart...or thighs. 17K in a day is what All-Mountain is all about. Great views, great shredding, and thighs that won't mind a dip in the river afterwards. These rides are designed for the rider that wants the most out of their riding experience, in a day to play. Up to 45 miles of single track paradise await you on this tour.

But before you think this is all downhill—guess again and don't even think of bringing a DH bike. While descending 17,000 feet, you'll still have to earn some of it with about 3,500 feet of climbing.
This ride is for advanced riders only.

We'll pack your lunch—all you need to bring is your bike! This is an all-day tour, covering six separate trails, so we start earlier and finish later than any of our other tours. It's like the best powder day... only on a bike. Price includes free shirt, shuttles (lots of them), lunch, snacks and your local professional guides.

17K In a Day by the numbers

Testimonials

What some of our clients had to say about the 17K In a DayTour:

I had a feeling that mountain biking 40 miles of single track with 17,000 feet of descending would make for a great day, but I didn't anticipate how epic it would turn out to be. The variety and quality of trails was even greater than I expected. The driver and guide were fantastic, always friendly and helpful and their knowledge of the area ensured that we knew what to expect on each trail. It was certainly a trip I'd recommend to anyone."
      —Ben H.

"I've mountain biked for 20 years. I've done many of the meccas like Moab, Crested Butte, Bend, Canmore, North Shore but absolutely NOTHING compares to the epic day with Randy's crew on the 17K. They don't even come close. We cashed in on the most thrilling, buffed-out, singletrack that I've ever ridden. Just when you think it couldn't get better, it did. Our last ride was a blazing finale. 7 of us rode together that day, and all 7 of us were absolutely grinning ear-to-ear at the end of our 17K day. We're already planning our next trip...it's that good!"
